Isn't traditional archery amazing? No matter the style of the bow, what it is made of, or how rough its finish is, the bend of the drawn bow raises an atavistic memory in our hearts. Somewhere in the back of our minds the memory of jungle, forest, and savanna raise a little closer to the surface of our conscious. And when we release the arrow on that drawn bow... well, that's when beauty happens.
